Volunteer Opportunities at the 2011 Mill City Farmers Market

Join Mill City Farmers Market as a VOLUNTEER and help keep them celebrating "Healthy Foods, Local Farmers" for its 6th season!

Living Green Expo
Represent Mill City Farmers Market at the Living Green Expo! Market Staff will be busy hosting Opening Day at MCFM, so we need your help spreading the good word at this great event!

Make Dirt, Not Waste!
Interested in minimizing waste and promoting composting in your community? Volunteer as a Zero Waste Educator (ZWE) and help sustain the 1st Zero Waste market in Minnesota! ZWEs staff Zero Waste stations to direct and educate customers on waste diversion and zero waste opportunities.

Mill City Cooks
Mill City Cooks is our weekly cooking demo featuring market goods. This role includes assisting market chefs Nick Schneider and Heather Hartman with set-up, demo food prep, plating & serving samples and is ideal for novice or experienced foodies!

Events & Office
Occasionally we need help during the work week on various projects behind the scenes, including making signs, stuffing envelopes and more!

For more information about the volunteer opportunities at the market, visit the website, or contact volunteers@millcityfarmersmarket.org.
