Sunny and 50 degrees - perfect conditions for the 2012 Turkey Day 5K. According to an article in the StarTrib, the race drew a record 16,500 participants. Numerous 5K's run through the Mill District throughout the year, but the Turkey Day 5K is my favorite.
An added bonus in our neighborhood this year was entertainment by River City Rhythm.
