You'll see that Bridgewater is showing a floor plan for every need. Remember Zenith Condominiums' sales center is open all weekend as well. North Star Lofts offers a unique ground floor 2 level with private terrace.
Many listings in the Mill District will not be available for open house showings, either because the building association does not allow or because sellers prefer private showings. Still, weekends are a wonderful time to visit the neighborhood...have lunch, tour the Guthrie or McPhail and see what's available. Enjoy!
