Mill District Open Houses This Weekend

Spring means touring open houses in slip on shoes and sassy jackets…yes! New construction sales centers will be staffed for the official home tour; they include Bridgewater and Zenith Condominiums in the Mill District. Views will be of the Gold Medal Park, Mississippi River, or Downtown Minneapolis. We also see a viewing opportunity at North Star Lofts #402. While out shopping, it's always a good idea to have lunch at Spoonriver or Sea Change at the Guthrie Theater. Have fun!
