February 7, 2019, Thursday - Twin Cities EATSS at Machine Shop

Time: 5:30pm - 8pm

Location: Machine Shop, 300 2nd Street SE

Twin Cities EATSS

Twin Cities E.A.T.S.S. is the American Indian College Fund’s inaugural top-chef showcase. Four of the cities’ best chefs will test their culinary prowess as they create a signature dish incorporating a traditional indigenous ingredient. Guests will enjoy cocktails and libations as they sample the amazing bites created as well as traditionally inspired food from The Sioux Chef.

Nationally renowned Chefs Sean Sherman (Oglala Lakota) and Ben Jacobs (Osage) will host this year’s event and will select the Indigenous ingredient to be featured in the dishes created. Like the American Indian College Fund, Sean and Ben wholeheartedly believe in the power of education and the potential of every Native student. They are excited to lend their culinary expertise and personalities to make this event a truly spectacular affair.
