Romanesco: Is it broccoli? Is it cauliflower?

Ah, romanesco. Such a beautiful, tasty and versatile veggie. It's the focus of Beth Dooley's Try a new (old) vegetable: romanesco (it's the green cauliflower) article in the October 20 StarTrib Taste section.

So, is it broccoli or is it cauliflower? Read Beth's article to find out, and pick up a few heads at the Mill City Farmers Market (best bet is Loon Organics) so you can try her Whole Roasted Romanesco With Curry Butter recipe.
