Mill City Farmers Market vendor Dorothy Stainbrook of HeathGlen is a jam, jelly and marmalade genius. And there's no need to constrain yourself to enjoying these treats soley on toast.

Dorothy offered the following in a recent e-newsletter: "Fancy Christmas cookies are special, but you wou ld be hard pressed to find a child or adult that doesn't love a rustic thumbprint cookie.  Try a peanut butter chocolate one with Raspberry Chambord jam, a polenta one with Lime Marmalade, or a cheddar-parmesan one with Cranberry Hot Pepper Jelly.  The combinations are endless...and awesome!"
