Mill City Farmers Market 2nd Annual Bread Contest (Part 1 - Yeast Breads)

Gold Medal sponsored MCFM's 2nd Annual Bread Contest at the September 22 Market.  Tough competition, fun prizes and the hardworking Market staff and volunteers made it a successful event.

There were two categories - Yeast Breads and Quick Breads.  Today's posting is for the Yeast Breads.

During Mill City Museum's tour, "Engineering the Falls" we learned how Gold Medal Flour got it's name. The next Engineering the Falls tour is September 30 - we highly recommend it!
