Market Chef Beth Jones treated Market shoppers to a demonstration of Argentinian Sausage Sandwiches with Chimichurri and Beth's Baked Money Beans for the June 18 Mill City Cooks demo.
Heirloom beans from the Bean Market went into Beth's Baked Money Beans.
She always encourages her audience to gather around the grill for an up close look at the food throughout the cooking process.
That beautiful dish is a creation of art vendor Matthew Krousey Ceramics.
The Chimichurri includes cilantro, parsley, garlic scapes, red wine vinegar, oil, chili flakes and salt/pepper to taste.
Toothpicks are used for spacing and to hold the sandwich sections together.
Recipes from the Mill City Cooks demos are available online.
Thank You to the Wedge Community Co-op for sponsoring the Mill City Cooks demo program!
