Meet Your Veggies at the Mill City Farmers Market: Sesame Cabbage Slaw

Market sponsor Allina Health hosts the Meet Your Vegetables, where you can sample fresh, seasonal veggie recipes created and prepared by Nutrition and Public Health graduate and undergraduate students.  For the July 2 Market, the interns chose Sesame Cabbage Slaw. With no dairy products, this is a nice dish to bring to a picnic. It could easily be kicked up with some cashews, pea pods or chow mein noodles.  If you like what you taste, take home the recipe card. :)
