MCFM Granola Bars - Ingredients from the Mill City Farmers Market

These MCFM (Mill City Farmers Market) Granola Bars are made with a long list of Market ingredients, including Bliss Gourmet Foods Butterscotch Pecan granola, peanut butter and organic toasted maple coconut flakes from the Wedge Community Co-op Pop-up Market, chocolate from French Nugget, fresh flaked oatmeal from Sunrise Floor Mill, ground flax from Ellie's Whole GrainsAmes Farm honey and hazelnuts from Hazelnut Valley Farm. (You can also get coconut oil and cinnamon at the Wedge Pop-up.) It's not an exact science - just add enough melted and mixed peanut butter/coconut oil/honey to hold everything together. Sprinkle in some cinnamon or anything else you like. For this batch, I would have tossed in some raisins or dates if there had been some on hand. Scour the Market and use your imagination!  :)
