(loaded with Thai chilies), A Bit Nippy (a little spice - a little nice), and Minnesota Nice (the mildest of the three, but by no means dull). What began in a small south Minneapolis apartment kitchen in 2013 grew into a partnership with Minnesota and Wisconsin organic farms, and now their hand-made kimchi is produced at The Good Acre shared commercial kitchen and processing center.

Kimchi is also carried at The Wedge Co-op, Seward’s Franklin Street Co-op, all Lakewinds Food Co-ops, Eastside Co-op, Linden Hills Co-op, The Herbivorous Butcher, Harvest Moon Co-op, River Market Co-op, CityFoodStudio, Coalition Restaurants, Butter Bakery Cafe and a few other farmers markets.
