Check out the article written by Jenny Heck, Marketing and Events Manager for the Mill City Farmers Market, as printed in The Journal.  It includes a timely recipe for Garlic Scape Chimichurri, which would be fantastic with any meat from the market - beef, pork, lamb, bison, chicken. Or for the vegatarian crowd - serve wtih eggs, roasted veggies, grilled tofu, or as a dip.
