Food Demos and Samples at Mill City Farmers Market

A neat feature of the Mill City Farmers Market is their 10:00am food demo.  You experience first hand how products sold at the Market are combined to create healthy dishes.  An added bonus is the post-demo sampling.

During the July 2 Market, Spoonriver Chef Chris Bundy prepared a salad and provided helpful tips and information.
