Dumpling & Strand at the Mill City Farmers Market

Dumpling & Strand Co-Proprietors Kelly McManus and Jeff Casper, a.k.a. Noodlers at Large, debuted an array of fresh pasta (dubbed "exceptionally curious noodles") at the June 25 Market. Their small-batch European pasta and Asian noodles both have gluten-free options.

In addition to the superior taste and texture, an added bonus of these fresh noodles is the quick cooking time - just 3 minutes for the Rustic Egg Pici I'm making.

Their products can also be frozen, so feel to stock up when they return on these upcoming Market dates: July 9, July 16, July 30 and August 6. You can also follow them on Facebook.

Their Rustic Egg varieties include Fettuccine, Fusillo, Campanelle, Extra Thick Spaghetti, Sheets and Pici. MCFM Founder Brenda Langton told me Pici is her favorite pasta.
