Queen of Tarts at Mill City Farmers Market

Be sure to treat yourself to a sweet or savory tart from Queen of Tarts.  They will pop one in the oven if you'd like a toasty warm snack while shopping at the Market, or you can enjoy at home.  When I learned the "Bake Well" was almond flavored I had to try it - and it was delish!

Very Prairie at Mill City Farmers Market

You can count on Susan Dietrich of Very Prairie to have a wonderful array of products to choose from when you visit the Market.  Previously I've tried the marshmallows, crackers, and granola.  This week it's the Fruit & Nut Crostini.  Next week - a pie?  YUM!

I recently read this May 2010 article about Susan on the Simple, Good, and Tasty website, and even though it's a year old, it's still very informative.
